Conf 2004

Bringing together over 160 delegates, representatives from statutory bodies, fishing, conservation and academic organisations explored the current status of, and concerns for, riverfly populations. The conference saw the establishment fo the Riverfly Partnership and the new launch of CAMSTARS the joint initiative by the Riverfly Recording Schemes. The strong interest shown in the subject of riverflies and water quality propelled current debate into both wider and political circles.
